Embracing your Weirdness

The final year at Uni, less than four months to go, and I finally get it! All my degree just slotted into place. I can see the big picture. the concepts from all the different modules are linking together. I can see how marketing and HR are linked. How there can really be no one department with sole responsiblity for noe fuction. Everything is interlinked. Everyone, despite specailist roles, is needed to be a genralist in fuctional areas.
